Wilna is the calm in the storm of event planning chaos — the person who’ll sort out the last-minute venue hiccup, soothe stressed-out clients, and still manage to crack a joke in the middle of it all. A lover of music, books, and the occasional spontaneous trip, she balances her professional life with a healthy dose of adventure (and coffee, lots of coffee).
With decades of experience in making events run like clockwork, Wilna’s the go-to for everything from conferences to corporate retreats, and she’s been known to drop a few lightbulb moments along the way (pun intended).
If she’s not turning complex events into seamless experiences, you’ll find her at a concert, getting lost in a book, or collecting passport stamps like they’re going out of style. Don’t expect her to sugar-coat anything — she’s direct, she’s witty, and she’ll get the job done, no matter how crazy the request.
